Kareena Kapoor and Shahid Kapoor are getting back together? If you are a bollywood gossip junkie then you must have heard this line somewhere recently. Actually they are not getting back together, instead producer Booney Kapoor decided that it would be catchy line to promote his movie ‘Milenge Milenge’. This was the last movie in which Kareena and Shahid appeared together as an on screen couple. But the production of the movie halted due to their break up. However, Kareena Kapoor being the professional actress from a well respected filmi background stuck to her commitement to Boney Kapoor and helped him finish the movie and release it.

Apprantely Kareena Kapoor is not very happy about Booney Kapoor’s attempt to promote the movie by using her relationship. She is currently dating Saif Ali Khan and both of them are posing the happy love birds image on a daily basis. With their casual but well planned appearances at several venues both Saif and Kareena has made their relationship clear to the media and in return they are getting lots of free publicity.

The happy couple will appear next in Sriram Raghavan’s ‘Agent Vinod’. There previous attempt to create romantic magic on screen in the movie ‘Kurban’ failed miserably. Despite the usage of Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s sizzling hot pictures for the promotion of the movie. The audiences were unable to find the chemistry that they witnessed in ‘Jab We Met’ and the videos of the couple that circulated in the media. Kareena also has a promising project produced by Karan Johar ‘We Are Family’ Kajol and Arjum Rampal are also in the movie.

As it is common knowledge now that Indian tennis star Sania Mirza is engaged to Pakistani cricket star Shoaib Malik. We hope that fundamentalist Hindu parties allow Shoaib to play in India as he will become India’s Damad. We also hope that Sania enjoys wearing Burqa and total abandonment of tennis as Pakistani girls usually don’t play tennis in such short skirts. It is great how two sports stars from two rival countries are tying the knot. Let’s wish them a happy prosperous life and pray for peace between the two countries as well.

Shilpa Shetty got married to Raj Kundra, a London based businessman. 34 year old Shilpa’s career in Bollywood wasn’t as such great. But following the controversy of Big Brother Shilpa acquired an skill to remain famous for just being famous. She hasn’t worked in any worth mentioning bollywood movie since ages. But she remained in the news and now her big fat South Indian wedding is the talk of the town.

Who is Raj Kundra? He is a young millionaire from UK. Raj Kundra had an interest in Bollywood since a long time. Previously he tried to penetrate his way into Bollywood by launching Velocity Entertainment company which aimed to redistribute Hindi movies to European and North American markets. At that time in 2004, Raj Kundra told the media that he has grown up watching Hindi movies and he dreams to make it big in Bollywood. So I guess marrying a Bollywood Heroine is the dream come true for Raj.

Shilpa’s wedding got huge press coverage. It was an expansive wedding where money was no issue at all so it was bound to get media’s attention even if there was no Shilpa in the wedding. The couple has planned to spend their honeymoon in Paradise Islands, Bahamas. According to sources Raj Kundra has booked a Luxury Suite for the couple at the Atlantic Resort. However, before leaving for the honeymoon Shilpa and her husband Raj Kundra are going to visit Oneness University in Chennai. According to the sources Shilpa and her husband are the followers of this spirtual group.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif announced their engagement last year. Since then media is speculating over their wedding plans. Salman Khan has expressed a desire to get married as soon as possible, but Katrina is always telling around that she is more focused on her career right now. A week ago, some Marathi language newspaper published a story that Katrina is already married. Later the newspaper denied the story and Katrina cleared it up saying that the world will know when she gets married.

But Salman Khan fans are not very happy with Katrina’s attitude. The first thing that the Salman Khan fans don’t like is Katrina Kaif’s pairing with Akshay Kumar. While talking to a die hard Sallu fan, I tried to convince him that Katrina is an actoress and film makers think it is more profitable to sign her with Akshay than Salman Khan. Even Salman Khan’s home production “Partner” had Katrina paired with Govinda not with Salman Khan.

Secondly, they don’t like the rumors about Katrina’s growing friendship with Ranbir Kapoor. Just today I read that Katrina will be spending Valentine’s day with Ranbir Kapoor on sets of “Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani” in Turkey. Deepika Padukone, who is dating Ranbir since a long time now, is not very happy with the situation. It is reported that she visits the sets more often than expected and is acting overly protective of Ranbir Kapoor. We don’t really know whats on Katrina’s mind. But Salman Khan who had always been more expressive about his love life is also acting wierd. There are rumors of Salman Khan’s interest in the new actoress Asin. We can only speculate, and most people are expecting to hear the news of a break up.

I just learnt from Rediff that Salman Khan has finally proposed Katrina Kaif. It is reported that Salman Khan proposed Katrina at the party he gave to celebrate Katrina’s birthday on 16 July. It was a grand event as the cream of bollywood was invited. Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were among the guests. However, It is not yet confirmed that whether Katrina has said “Yes” or not. Or may be it was just a publicity stunt? I have doubted Salman Katrina relationship since day one. I don’t think that any girl would be stupid enough to get married at the peak of her career.

Nearly 43 years old, Salman Khan is Bollywood’s most eligible bachelor since a long time now. He has dated several co-stars but all his relationships ended tragically. Most often his girlfriends claimed that Salman is a violent person who does not mind beating his girl friends. He dated Aishwarya Rai for a few years and it was rumored that they are getting married soon. But that relationship ended terribly. Aishwarya’s parents accused Salman Khan for harassing their daughter. They even filed a police complain against him. Most Salman fans believe that Salman is an innocent lover boy who just can’t find the right girl. Most of them think that the cute and innocent Katrina Kaif is the right girl for Salman Khan.

Deepika Padukone appeared to watch a few cricket matches and talked a few cricketers casually. Media made stories out of her interest in Cricket and made it look like she is dating either Dhoni or Yuvraj Singh. Even Yuvraj felt like he is falling love with Deepika. How could any one be that stupid? I mean how could a girl, who is only 22 years old, who has just started her career in movies with a blockbuster hit, could afford to fall in love with a Cricketer? It is good to be linked up with as many famous and handsome guys as possible, but taking it longer than a week is not good for Deepika’s newly shaped up Dream Girl image. It is reported that in national media that Deepika was really seeing Yuvraj Singh and flew all the way to Australia just to greet him on his birthday. As soon as she returned back to her filmi life she sent an SMS to Yuvraj telling him that she has found someone else.

Apprantely this some one else is none-other than Ranbir Kapoor. Now Ranbir also had a story of getting linked up with a few actoresses. He was first linked with Sonam Kapoor and then with Deepika. It seemed like media liked Yuvraj+Deepika combination much better and they kept running stories about them. So finally Deepika and Ranbir had to openly admit that they are dating.  Recently Ranbir told all about his relationship with Deepika in an interview. He admitted that they are seeing each other and they do not have any plans to get married immidiately. In another interview Deepika told that she has met Ranbir’s parents, not as a co-star but as their son’s girlfriend.

What happened to poor Yuvraj? Well, Yuvraj has a taste for Bollywood girls. He first dated Kim Sharma, then Deepika for a few weeks and now it is rumored that he is dating Raima Sen.

Katrina Kaif who was rumored to be manhandled by boyfriend Salman Khan has denied that any such thing ever happened. However people bought the news already and Salman’s previous reputation makes him appear as the guy who beats his girlfriends. Well usually Salman beats his girlfriends when they are about to leave him for greener grasses. So if there is any truth in the rumor then Katrina is either sky rocketing towards the new peaks or packing back to London (or where ever she came from). However, chances are that Katrina’s career is going to climb new heights, after all she was most successful lead actoress last year. Even though she did nothing more than giggling and jumping in these movies but well she is pretty what else you can ask for?

In a recent interview with the Business Of Cinema Katrina told about signing a three movie contract with Studio 18. She also talked about how her new changed image in Bollywood and said she feels that people are now showing her more acceptance. She also revealed that she has nearly doubled her prices. It is also reported that Katrina will appear in Kabir Khan’s next movie which is produced by Yash Raj Films.

I was not able to find out any news of her getting married to Salman Khan. It seems just like we talked in a previous post that Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are very much a fake couple, they are more fake than the most fake couple of the industry, that is Kareena and Saif. Definitely Katrina has just begun her career and she sees no reason whatsoever to change her career plans to meet Salman Khan’s desperate desire to settle down. Is she going to break our hunky Salman Khan’s heart? Well yes and no. Yes she is going to leave Salman Khan very soon and no she does not have Salman’s heart she was just playing along to help Salman improve his image in media after the so called illegal hunting controversy. He also needed a girlfriend that is presentable to media at the time when his ex girlfriend Aishwarya Rai was getting married to the Bachchan and entire world was talking about this wedding and how Aishwarya ditched Salman Khan.

Upen Patel is one of my personal favorite Indian Bollywood hunks. But, unfortunately Upen is all muscles and no brains at all. Who cares if he can not act well? At least I don’t.  As long as he is shirtless wearing swim trunks I am all OK to watch the entire movie). It seems that our sexy desi male model is having tough time getting new projects. He is capable of staying alive in the gossip columns but even then no major project or role for him. He recently had differences with the director of his upcoming movie One Two Three. It is rumored that the director Ashwin Dheer was so fed up of Upen that he completely edited out an entire item song of Upen from the movie. Now this is a really terrible news for all of us Upen Patel fans, we might have watched the movie in hope of seeing Upen Patel’s naked body. Ashwin wasn’t satisfied enough with this he took one more step and humiliated Upen publicly on the occasion of the music launch of the movie. Ashwin Dheer invited entire cast on the stage and completely ignored Upen who was standing among the crowd. Upen expressed his anger by telling that he was shell shocked and humiliated. Upen blames Ashwin’s attitude as the prejudice towards non-filmi self made new actors.


Upen also caused trouble on the sets of his another movie, Money Hai Tu Honey Hai. It is reported that Upen teared his shirt in frustration and anger over the designers assigned to dress him up for the movie. Upen said that the designer duo often picked up jeans and tshirts from cheap stalls for Upen to wear and most of the time they would simple suggest him to go shirtless (Upen baby you should have considered their advice there is not much you have to offer than your bare chest scenes). The producer then hired a new designer exclusively for Upen Patel.

It is also rumored that he has ditched girlfriend Shamita Singha and now seeing Gauhar Khan. (Who the hell is Gauhar Khan?) A simple Google search revealed that she is a famous model. Apparently Upen met her during a fashion show and then there were sparks of attraction on both ends. We wish Upen best of luck but we also think that he should concentrate more on his Hindi lessons and acting skills.
