Fans of the Comedy King, Govinda, were desperately waiting for Bhagam Bhag. As the title suggests the movie was made Bhagam Bhag (on the run). The movie has a very loose plot, no wicked twists, no intelligent witt, no good songs and no nothing. During the first half of the movie you would not be able to understand the basic plot of the story. Govinda was totally wasted in the movie.
Watching this movie was Dejavu. It is actually Priyadarshan trying to make another Hera Pheri with some other title and location. Paresh Rawal’s character ‘Champak Chaturvedi” is so loose and vague that it surprises me how could any director ignore Paresh’s capabilities to re-invent himself with a new character. The entire movie revolves around Bunty played by Akshay Kumar and he acted just the way he did in Hera Pheri and Phir Hera Pheri. He is repeating himself too much. I don’t mind watching Raju again and again but atleast He should have some fresh humor, some new style or look. We want to laugh, yes. But please we are no stupid.

Miss Universe turned actress Lara Dutta is dating Kelly Dorji, a TV host, model and a wannabe actor. He is accompanying Lara Dutta on almost every party, premiers, music releases and mahurats. I think poor guy won’t achive much that way because even his girlfriend is having difficulty finding herself a lead role in big banner movies. In a recent Interview she was asked:
Zinda is a multi-starrer film. What are the merits and demerits of such flicks?
When a multi-starrer film fails, everyone gets a little share for it, but if the same thing happens to a solo film, then the lead actors bear the brunt of the failure. Is this the reason that makes you experiment with multi-starrer films?
This isn’t true. What can I do if I am getting film offers where the star cast is huge? When I find my character worth it, I accept it. It doesn’t mean that I am afraid of doing lead roles.
Well, I personally don’t mind celebrities promoting their love ones. After all they are a couple and helping each other is what couples do. Isn’t this what we all want from our partners? Secondly, I don’t think that people in entertainment industry are so nice that they would hire any talentless person on the basis of his/her contacts.. What you think?
