Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan did a show in Dubai together. Thats not what we are gonna talk about, the talking point is that Katrina performed very little during the show. Why? Because apparently just a couple of days before the show she fell sick and her doctors told her not to do anything stressful or hectic. She had low hemoglobin which made him too weak to perform.

It was a disaster for the organizers of the event when they found out that Katrina is unable to attend the show. These organizers sold out the show in the name of ‘A night with Katrina and Salman’, they didn’t know how they are gonna face the people who bought the tickets at the really high prices. To ease the pain of the organizers Katrina agreed to appear on stage and put together a minimal act where she neither danced nor talked much. Even this was a life saver for the organizers. If this was some foreign country they might have sued the actress for being careless and unprofessional. But these Desi bollywood lover fools paid 80 Lac Indian Rupees to Katrina Kaif for just appearing on the stage and say a few words.

Now I am not against people making money. But I am against people taking advantage of other people’s miseries. Katrina who is not known for her amazing acting or dancing skills, nor she has any critically acclaimed movie on her credit. All she does is to star in movies that revolve around other actors and she gives appearances into dances and a couple of scenes and thats it. Her recent movie Ajab Prem Ki Ghajab kahani’s box office report is a proof that she is unable to peform a lead role. But here she is getting all the money for just her looks, and honestly I don’t even think she is that pretty, is she?

There is huge speculation going around about Aishwarya Rai being pregnant. We don’t know whether or not its true. Many journalists have asked Aishwarya this question since past few days but she neither denied nor confirmed the news. She dodged the question cleverly.

What ignite the rumor was Aishwarya and Abhishek’s recent interview during the promotion of Amitabh Bachchan corporation’s movie Paa. Aishwarya and Abhishek said that they would announce a good news soon. After that media started noticing Aishwarya who has gained a little extra weight during past month. The rumor further strengthened when the news came up that Aishwarya is trying to complete her work in the coming movies before the schedule.

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek both has told media that they are considering starting their family soon but its too early to say anything about it. They also assured media that the good news will be delievered to the media in appropriate manner and on the right time. Remember that if Aishwarya Rai gets pregnant now it will seriously effect Ben Kingsley movie on Taj Mahal in which Aishwarya is proposed the role of Mumtaz Mahal. Most probably the Bachchans dont want to let out the news before they sign a contract for this project. Remember since Bachchans are now trying to rejuvenate Amitabh Bachchan Film company, they might also want to compete for the distribution rights of Ben Kingsley’s Taj specially in local market where the Bachchan name would ensure higher returns for the company.

Recently I had a discussion with a friend about who is better Aishwarya Rai or Kareena Kapoor. I will not tell you which side I was on. But I will tell you that some really good points were raised in favor of and against both actresses. Certainly we agree that both Kareena and Aishwarya are fine actresses and has done some really good movies. However, Kareena has failed to get roles that would get her more critical acclaim. On the other hand Aishwarya Rai had been very successful in getting roles that won her praise from critics and masses. Aishwarya’s roles in the movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Jodha Akbar, and Umrao Jaan were well written and had a lot more room for her to show her talents.

Kareena’s performances are appreciated by critics in movies like Chambeli, Om Kara, and Jab We Met. But none of her roles were as strong as Paroo or Princess Jodha. Kareena is more famous among the young audiences. Her zero size figure and her styles are followed by many around the globe. She is always in the news, the media covers her love life more enthusiastically than her professional life.

Aishwarya on the other hand is married to Abhishek Bachchan. So their is no more juicy love affairs for the press anymore however things might get exciting if Aishwarya and Abhishek get divorced, Aishwarya would be really dumb to do that. She has done powerful roles in good movies and has some brilliant movies to come. She is trying hard to make her way into the Hollywood as well. Though she hasn’t had much success there but whatever she has done is more than any other Indian actress. While Kareena is cute and attractive in a generic way, Aishwarya is considered outstandingly and amazingly beautiful.
