Shahrukh Khan is not popular anymore
Shahrukh Khan is always in the news and he should be after all he is the King of Bollywood. But it seems like not every one is happy with the King Khan. Recently he had a fight with Salman Khan on Salman Khan’s girlfriend Katrina Kaif’s birthday party. Apparantely some people say that it started when Shahrukh Khan commented about Salman Khan’s relation with Aishawarya Rai who dumped Salman Khan and married Abhishek Bachchan. Both stars kept quite about the incident for a few weeks but now Salman Khan has talked to the media about the incident and admitted that he had a spat with Shahrukh Khan that night. He said that Shahrukh and I are two very different individuals and we could never be friends.
On the other hand Shahrukh Khan’s production house red chillies has lost the case where legendary Indian actor Manoj Kumar filed a suit in Mumbai session court asking for the deletion of the scenes where his patriotism is spoofed in the movie Om Shanti Om.
Shahrukh Khan’s house “Mannat” which always remained in the news for its real estate value, historical significanc, ideal sea facing location and numerous complains filed by several social organizations, political activists and government authorities. Recently another social activist Simpreet Singh filed a petition against the construction Shahrukh Khan’s house, Mannat.
Rediff News asked their readers if they think that Shahrukh Khan is the most unpopular star in bollywood?

Why can’t Mr. Kumar get over it. Frankly, anyone under the age of 25 who watches OSO probably never heard of him. And leave SRK alone. He’s still the King of Bollywood, and everyone is just jealous of his success.

All these allegations and controveries does not have to do with his
popularity. Sharukh Khan is always the king and will remain so for a
decade or two

srk is the most popular star of bollywood. that’s why whatever small or big thing he does becomes news, be it fighting,smoking or whatever.
he must be unpopular amongst his contemporaries coz of professional jealousy which happens in every field.
but amongst the audiences and most importantly his fans ,he is the king of the world, universe, the entire solar system.

Bulldust! he is a great actor and loved by many. Speak for yourself and don’t try to dethrone the king SRK. Salman on the other hand is excellent in what he does. These 2 actors better grow up fast, forget their differences and make a real good top movie asap to stop all these nonsense at once.
Sick of grownups playing mindless games. We are all in this world once so lets get on with it the best way we can. If one cannot say anything good about the other than the best thing to do is SHUT UP.

Hey this is the stupidity of century!!!!!!
SRK Was the king, IS the king, and WILL REMAIN the king! There s no one better than him in the bolly film industry.
I honestly think, this Manoj guy just desperately tries to be popular again. And if I have the facts right, SRK even apologized to him, so what s his problem?
About Salman-so what, they have a split,AND???? It s not their duty to love each other, is it? As Salman said, they re just different. There s no reason to start questioning SRKs popularity coz of this.

SRK is super intelligent. He will remain the super star / king of Bollywood till he doesn’t lose it (his mind).
He cannot be compared to any other actor. Because he doesn’t just act. He makes you feel the same emotions that he is going thru in the film, he connects with his audience. Also, SRK is a smart businessman, unlike others.
Akki is a real life hero, he is brave and fearless. His sense of humour was superb on Fear Factor. But he has still a long way to go.
Amir Khan might be the best actor we have, but again, he cannot do an impromptu jig like SRK and make people laugh.
Abhishek Bachchan is intelligent & funny too. But he still has to establish himself as an actor.
In TV shows like Koffee with Karan, Hrithik came across as highly boring and dumb.
Salman Khan has a huge fan following but he is always angry. That’s a sign of immaturity.
But these days, every actor / politician / national leader … have to do more than just their jobs.
Do some social service.
And most important, they have to speak well.
What SRK spoke on the Golden Globe award ceremony night, no other Indian actor could have done that.
And from our national leaders, let’s take the example of our PM Manmohan Singh. He is probably world’s most educated and learned premier of any country.
He has the best of economic policies, it is thanks to him that we will have inexpensive nuclear power in some years.
But when he speaks, half of India doesn’t understand what he says.
Whereas, our ex president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam who is equally well educated, is very witty. He connects with the school goers too.
So you see, a package deal is what people worship.
Which is why SRK rocks.

i just want 2 ask a simple question to averyone that why everyone is comparing only srk with aamir,akshay,salman and amitabh ? why r u not comparing these pairs- amitabh vs aamir,salman vs akshay and so on. srk is still king of bollywood.

hi sharuk khan is the best he is king of bolly wood. no one can tke his place he is so popular that he has fan following overseas also.heis the first boolywood star to have two maniquins one in london at madaam tussadas and one in paris . so friends no one can compete him. he has his own place and is an standard actor .srk ur the best love u lotzzzzzzzzz.
