Hindi movie reviews, news, Indian celebrities, bollywood gossip blog
It has been rumored that Bachchans did not invite a single Muslim colleague or friend to attend the wedding of Abhishek Bachchan. Well they also didn’t invite a whole lot of Hindu, Sikh, Christians but surprisingly there is not even a single Muslim celebrity or politician who attended the Big Bollywood wedding. May be it is just a coincidence but what I have read about the religious activities of the Bachchans and Aishwarya Rai to remove some superstitious astrological curse, makes me believe that they are a religious family. May be they feared that a Muslim attending their pious spiritual Hindu wedding would cause them some astrological harm or would make this marriage unlucky. Or some other stupid super mythological beliefs.
We have read that, Shahrukh Khan was not invited. This guy has worked in many movies with Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan were not invited. Because Hrithik’s wife is Muslim. It is rumored that the Bachchans specifically asked Mumbai police not to send any Muslim police officer to provide them security. Private security guards hired by the Bachchans were all Hindus.
Well of course it is none of anyone’s business to discuss the religious beliefs of the Bachchans. I wish that these rumors are not true. But unfortunately it seems like no matter how secular and modern India has become, no matter how people of different religions work closely, there is an integration but when the time comes to show just how integrated different Indian cultures are people prefer to remain secluded in their own religious nutshells.

well, I think bachchan family is a big name with narrow mind. Wish their heart and mind were as big as their name. They are actiing like they are god…………
April 22nd, 2007 at 8:21 pm
Yes, it has been noticed by many people. A couple of Muslims were invited still. Pataudi was present and was Firoz Khan there! Then, I am sure the family of Amjad Khan would have attended it as Amitabh is indebted to the family especially late Amjad Khan’s sister. Did Salman come? Still, by Bollywood standards it was clear that Muslims were not properly invited.
Has Amitabh changed? He has played the role of Muslims in so many films and spoken the chaste Urdu dialogues penned by Salim Javed. But now he is speaking shuddha Hindi, which I have no reason to oppose or dislike. But it seems he chooses each word so that no Urdu lafz gets into his speech. Is it same when it comes to choosing the guests?
April 23rd, 2007 at 10:10 am
this is kind of frustrating and shameful for the educated indians.i dont know how much of this rumor is true. but if it is really true that it was a real hindu marriage and just for the sake of superstition people like shahrukh and hrithik were not invited then it deserves some finger pointings.
April 23rd, 2007 at 3:16 pm
Sandhya, narrow minded or not but they are definitely acting like the are Gods. This is their profession you know, they act to earn bread for the family and all this carefully crafted media hype around their son’s wedding is part of the act.
Indscribe, well they are working with ‘different’ set of politicians now. I feel that the Shuddha Hindi has something to do with politics. I don’t mind if he didn’t invite Khans for personal reasons. But I think it is really bad not to invite your coworkers and discriminating on the basis of religion.
Indrani, the whole superstitious drama is quite shameful and embarrassing. Aishwarya wedding trees, Amitabh donating precious jewelry to Temples, Poojas, Manglik curse and astrology.
April 23rd, 2007 at 4:05 pm
Pls grow up.This is weird that you have time to talk all this.I was just going thru indiapad and saw
this ridiculous new story or rumour spread by Sabeen.Pls dont start any controversy and create probs.

April 23rd, 2007 at 10:10 pm
stop this crap, ur topic makes no sense u were not invited and u r no one to comment on anyone whom you didnt meet or knew.
April 23rd, 2007 at 11:01 pm
This piece of news is ridiculous! There were Muslims invited and Hindus excluded as well. How about Rani Mukherjee, Sushmita Sen and many more? This is just Bachchan’s personal preference but nothing else.
April 24th, 2007 at 2:52 am
It’s pretty obvious that muslims weren’t invited…oh well… it’s actually pretty smacking of this fact… I’m not sure how you can ignore this FACT
April 24th, 2007 at 11:17 am
Aish N Abishit dont make a pair i any way….Salman is better…Hope this bond breaks
April 24th, 2007 at 6:42 pm
This article is just pure false. I will say 1 name that will prove this article false.
RAHMAT ALI KHAN was invited! He is the nephew of the LATE NUSRAT FATEH ALI KHAN!!
and guess what he is a MUSLIM!
Hope that ends all debates…
April 24th, 2007 at 6:49 pm
Glaring Holes, i think people like you just want some kind of scandal and want to beleive this……
Everyone is talking about the KHANS not being invited..WHO CARES about them? What about the following…
Vinod Khanna, Rajesh Khanna, Shatrugan Sinha, Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Hrithik ROshan, Rakesh Roshan, Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Bony Kapoor, SriDevi, Hema Malini, Rekha, Rani Mukerji, Sushmita Sen, Madhuri, etc etc….the list can go on and on…
Are they muslims????? Coz they were not invited as well….
April 24th, 2007 at 7:33 pm
Rizwan there is no such guy Rahmat Ali, The name is Rahat Fateh Ali and he was not invited, he was there to perform in the Sangeet before the Mehndi (not the wedding).
The Bachchans have so many Muslim co-workers and friends and isn’t this surprising that they were all ignored and only Hindu friends made it to the list?
April 24th, 2007 at 8:19 pm
Well sabeen u cannot be too sure if Rahat Fateh Ali was no invited as it was a private wedding. The media were not allowed in. Also im sure if someone is invited to the sangeet he must have had a card to come in.
Also about being muslim. Have u heard of the Patudi family in india, how come they were invited to the wedding. He was DEFENITLEY at the wedding.
April 24th, 2007 at 8:30 pm
Besides the Pataudis, sitar maestro Amjad Ali Khan’s sons Amaan and Ayaan Ali who are friends of Abhishek were invited and can be seen in the baraat pictures circulating on the net!!
April 25th, 2007 at 8:12 pm
Amaan Ali Khan talking to the press……Debate closed!!
Apparently, both the Khan brothers: Amaan and Ayaan were present at the big fat Bollywood wedding and none of them breathed out a word to their close friends in Delhi.
Well, to curb the disappointment levels a li’l bit; Amaan reveals some details of the celebrity shaadi.
“Though I’m back in Delhi, I’m still missing all the fun we had at the wedding. I can’t praise Amit Uncle enough for the extra effort he put in to make every guest comfortable. Mind blowing hospitality! Abba was also expected but he is in the USA. Ayaan and I attended the ceremonies on all three days and the decoration was lovely.”
So much about the wedding, were you collecting tips to organise your own shaadi, Amaan?
April 26th, 2007 at 3:43 am
Hi guys…
U guys dont want to take this as a big issue…. ABi-Ash wedding is a personal matter for Amithab. If he not invited SRK and other Khans doesn’t matters. We all know that Bachan is a great actor of 19th and the begining of 20th century…. but new generation SRK is the Best. My concern is why u guys wasting time of thinking these kind of Craps. There r lots to do in ur life and miles to go before u sleep. So be in possitive attitude and think about ur stomach. Why u guys never talk or think about peoples who is struggling to get food for one time a day…..!!!!
Infront of those people there is no Amithab or Ash-Abi wedding or SRK or any Khans….. they just struggling to survive. So please dont waste ur beautiful life behind these kind of Craps.
Be practical…….
Thanks
April 26th, 2007 at 8:44 am
I must be crazy writing all this but here it goes !!!
I think it’s more “professional jealousy” than the religion -
I do not believe that amitabh and SRK are the issue - I think the issue is SRK and Abhishak - Daddy always listen to the son !!!
if you look at KWNAK - you can see Amitabh trying to shine his son - and it’s way low for a person like Amitabh to have a vibe with SRK - I mean camon !!! SRK is like his son !!! so are the rest of the Khans - they are no competition for him - but they are for Abhishak … if I am wrong here then let it be but this is how I think ….
and please … get out of this hindu/muslim nutshell - grow up it’s 2007 !!!
April 26th, 2007 at 3:49 pm
It is obvious the Bachchans invited only close friends and family to keep this wedding a small private affair.
Ajay Devgan and Kajol were invited as family (son and daughter-in-law) of stunt director Veeru Devgan, a close friend of Big B and not because of they are co-workers. Likewise, Sanjay Dutt was invited because his parents ,Sunil and Nargis Dutt were practically like Big B’s guardians when he came to Bombay to try his luck at films! Sunil Shetty too has been a very close family friend for a long time.
When someone starts a post with the words …”It has been rumoured..” ,thats almost like starting a rumour itself ! We have enough nutcases fanning religious ill-will all around. Plz do not add to it.
April 27th, 2007 at 12:33 pm
whts all this hype about…hindu weddings are smelly anywayz. funy smelling food..yuck and besides aishwa has been so scrood by the khans that bachan dont wanna see her ex lovers at the marriage halll lol…for abishek wel he is the most over rated act i have ever seen…for once he aint good lookn as one of my indian friend has said he looks like one of thoese guys who clean gutters in the streets of mumbai lmao
April 27th, 2007 at 2:45 pm
Well not to invite any single muslim clearly tell the story that MUSLIMS ARE NOT WELCOMED IN INDIA and it is not a Secular state as claimed. I really pitty muslims living in INDIA and its time to realise the HIDDEN REALITY
April 27th, 2007 at 2:46 pm
I hope Aaman and his brother were not there for the music performance only, anyway batchans have certainly not cared about 2007 when they made the list with 99.9% hindus. Even though a lot of muslims have worked with him for years.
April 28th, 2007 at 4:05 am
right wing shev sena leader was there, may be thats the reason? these actors are a butch of idiots. i belive they are too full of themselves therefore they undermined many of the other families not to be envited
April 29th, 2007 at 1:30 pm
You guys are totally missing the point. The Big B, Bachchan didnt invite the Khans for ovbious reasons. Amithab is jealous of SRK, Ash banged Salman. do you think anyone would want to invite their soon to be dauther in laws ex boyfriend who she banged repeatedly? No way! PLus salman’s way better looking than Abhishek. Also, they arent close to Amir Khan. THey did invite Saif Ali Khan, but he was away in Dubai shooting.
2nd- there were tons of hindus not invited! Rani wasnt invited cause sluttly Ash is jealous of Rani. Sushmita Sen, not invited. Karishma Kapoor- she banged Abhishek, and was suppose to marry him, you really think she should be invited?
Hritik Roshan wasnt invited either cause he toally, by a million miles, outshined Abhishek in Dhoom 2. I mean really, again, Amithab is jealous and upset at the fact that Hrithik is a much better actor and better looking stud than his son.
so my point is folks, IT HAS NOTHIGN TO DO WITH RELIGION!!!! AND EVERYTHIGN TO DO WITH THE BACHANS BEING JEALOUS OF EVERYONE WHO IS BETTER THAN THEM!!!!!!!!!!! GET OVER THE RELIGION THING! ITS ABOUT JEALOUSY!!!!!!!!!
ps HRITHIK ROSHAN IS A SEXY MAN! WHAT A GREEK GOD!!!!
April 30th, 2007 at 11:48 pm
all r equal if these big star talk abt the caste its al stupid thing there were talking abt when amitabh fell sick to visit
in hosipital he needs every one like sharurh hrithik every one.
May 1st, 2007 at 12:28 pm
Salmaan is mafia: the way he abused ashwarya no decent person will invite this characetr to any party.
Shahrukh sided with salmaan in that physical abuse of ashwarya and dropped her from chalte chalte movie.. btw on that movies sets salmaan beat ashwarya..
all u clowns who are crying for why khans were not invited will u inivte hooligans like this
May 1st, 2007 at 2:03 pm
Dear All,
We all, either Khan or not, were Hindus. The Muslims are now more royalist than than the royals. They need to look backward before doing gossip comments.
Gandhi did not want India to be separated. Is there a photo of Gandhi in Pakistan, though he fought for independence for the whole India which Pakistan formed part?
So the Bachans only have the right to invite whomever they want.
May 3rd, 2007 at 4:03 am
omGGGGGGG…i thought i was the only one who got that kinda feeling of muslims being excluded..but i guess there are some truth to it…
its quiet sad to learn this ..yet not surprised.
y bring gandhi in all this??
May 3rd, 2007 at 4:16 am
it is about religion..maybe dont want to believe it..but yah pretty clear…
and who said salman abused ash??..media that loves her..show some scars?? (as she says physical abuse) then we will talk..and as for emotional abuse (sureeeeeeeeeeee, that didnt take her long to move on from –vivek)
finally, it good that muslims werent invited…they should face the reality. lol
May 3rd, 2007 at 4:25 am
btw..by saying above (finally, it good that muslims werent invited…they should face the reality. lol) i meant that whether muslims or any others are invited or not..does not make any difference at all..y should it matter??..its just a wedding..may they stay happy!
May 3rd, 2007 at 8:27 am
hey btw…forgot to say..ash is beautiful girl.may abhi-ash have have a great life!
May 3rd, 2007 at 8:42 am
its somehow bugging me..lol..but i am sorry if i said anything mean about abhi and ash..dont want to come out too harsh
May 3rd, 2007 at 10:47 am
bullshit…………….
who creates all these crap.
look it is abhi-aish marriage…they know whom to invite..their wish..who the hell r we to decide whom to invite and whom not to…
one more thing it is not the bachans who have hyped this wedding..it is we the people who have done this…so grow up…
today ppl say they didnt allow the media to shoot their wedding and tomorrow they will say allow us to shoot their honeymoon, their sex and so on n so forth………..
so the moral of the story is…… leave them it is their wish
May 5th, 2007 at 2:56 pm
It cannot be a concidence that no Muslim was invited on the ceremony.I believe if
Mr Bachan considers Muslim presence as a curse on his sons wedding day
Muslims should desist from watching his movies as well as it may also
have a curse on his potential money earnings.Wake up every one.
May 7th, 2007 at 7:27 pm
Mainly for religious reasons or sometime for other reasons, some people want to split different religions even further.
More tension means more violence, deaths and destruction of opposite religion (their own religion too but stupid don’t see that). This is just another attempt to show that the opposite religion is wrong (Hinduism in this case). (Small things matter and make big things happen.)
I CAN SAY THIS BECAUSE YOU CAN SEE THAT THE TITLE OF THIS ARTICLE IS CLEARLY WRONG: “ASH ABHISHEK WEDDING: MUSLIMS NOT INVITED”
AS THERE WERE MUSLIMS PRESENT IN THIS WEDDING.
”””””””””””””””””””””””’
May 7th, 2007 at 7:34 pm
Hey I have noticed one thing that:
All muslims I have EVER met don’t like Amitab Batchan or Aishwarya Rai,
they always cry salman is better, shahrukh is better or similar.
Seriously they are soooooo jealous and they always make stories about Batchans or Aish to make them low.
THIS STORY IS NO DIFFERENT!!
May 8th, 2007 at 9:37 pm
We do not have to bother about all these things. Everyone wants to have private moments in
their life. The Bachan’s guest list is their personal thing. They have the right to invite people according to their wish. Leave them and concentrate on much more important things in life.
May 9th, 2007 at 5:01 am
those of u who bought the issue by saying that, religion played a roll in inviting
bachans’s guest, u guys r all DUMB ASSES and Hypocrites. Y create controversy when ther is none!!!
the bachans invited their close friendsssss… so just leave the religion ALONE. those of u who r dying for religion do u even pray once a day. I guess not. it is ture that eventhough gandi fought for the bond of hindu and muslims, there is not one photograph of him in pakistan.. waht about that? “oil your own machine”
YES I AM A MUSLIM GIRL…
May 9th, 2007 at 9:18 am

May 9th, 2007 at 7:44 pm
I didnt know that…Rahmet Ali Khan, Patudi family, Amjad Ali Khan, Ayman Khan, Shaad Ali khan, Diya Mirza are hindus???
Last time i checked they were muslims!!!
Rahmat Fateh Ali Khan is a MUSLIM from PAKISTAN. He was at the wedding!!
May 9th, 2007 at 11:11 pm
I think personally who gives a shit who they invited?!
Down the line, I personally pity Amitabh Bachchan for being SO low and deceiving in so many of his roles in movies like Dev, because I think he trully is a politician at heart and whether people want to believe it or not, he is going to be a bit defensive when it comes to his son’s wedding and who attends.
As for the lame remarks about Salman Khan beating Ashwariya up, I would have to say untill she actually says it from her mouth, it is all lies! That’s such a stupid rumour and I think Salman has been picked on enough lately and Aishwarya is only going after guys who she knows are loaded. Why else would she of all people go with Abhishek?!
And not inviting Shah Rukh Khan or Rani just shows their true colours. I think they are good actors and thats it. There is nothing more to say about them because in the end they will deny it and I also think that Dharmendra should have been invited because supposedly him and Amitabh are such great friends, well I guess with the Bachchans they are free to make up their own mind about who they invite but I think some of their decisions on why not to invite some people were really immature. But in the end I think it is a wake up call for those who thought they they were close to the Bachchan family.
And for the people who are blind, wake up look at Amitabh Bachchan and who he is always surrounded by, most likely it is people from Political parties, there are countless religious disputes and I think deep down inside Amitabh might be a bit more narrow minded than everyone else believes. Anyone can see this with Amar Singh lingering beside him and not to mention the Shiv Sena party, I think they are just a bunch of users, losing Muslim fans wouldn’t help the Bachchans now would it? They are not that stupid to not invite any Muslim to the wedding, would of course nab the press’ attention immediately.
It’s all money and power and politics with this family and nothing else. What sickens me the most is people like this claim to be indian and act like they give a shit about the poor people who are sick and dying and in the end they are the ones who shut their doors and throw about money like its nothing. In my personal opinion, I think that the Bachchan family should stop being so idolized along with their wedding. People get married everyday and their wedding is nothing different. Yes they are rich and famous but they are not the most humble or the most generous or the most kindest people in the world.
May 10th, 2007 at 6:23 pm
Shah Rukh is the ugliest guy I ever saw. Why is he famous. He is ugly and nasty looking.
May 10th, 2007 at 10:27 pm

May 16th, 2007 at 11:39 pm
what the **** have u guys to do with Ash & Abhi wedding.
they only invited who were necessary there.
And Where the F**k this religion thing came from. Yes i am talking to u Sabeen.
When Mr. Bachan was facing the tough time which hindu , muslim , sikh ,christain
came to help him.
Mr. Bachan Is always correct.
Cheers…..
Many congaratulations to the wedding couple.
May 20th, 2007 at 7:11 am
i agree wit Fatima ( i don’t kno her) ….they prolly did not invite them for personal reasons not becuz of religion. They prolly wanted only friends and family with tham. I don like the couple grrrrr….feel soryy for abhi. ne ways half pepol here
think Bacchans are not prejudiced n i agree wit them
May 22nd, 2007 at 6:14 pm
Sabeen, u need to stop talking, u are a muslim so u have no right to even talk about what rituals Ash and Abhi perform, u stick to wearing ur all black outfit ok!
May 24th, 2007 at 7:42 am
Guys let this go….. First of all, There were Muslims present at the wedding (according to Page 3 and other big indian Mags. and newspapers.) And yeah it was a bed idea to not invite all the people they knew, however it was there family wedding and it was there decision to invite whoever they want. Whether we agree or dont agree with their invitation list, it is honestly none of any of our businesses. I don’t think The invitations had anything to do with religious superstitious beliefs and if they did then none of the non hindu celebrities would have been at the wedding. And since there were muslims and other non-hindus at the wedding, it obviously wasn’t religious related. The invitations were decided by Jaya B. and she wanted it to be small and simple family event and Lets not forget about 95 percent of the hindu actor/actoresses were not invited either. If Amitabh’s family discriminate, then they discriminated against both hindus and non-hindus equally!!!! Stop Creating problems where there are none.
June 17th, 2007 at 2:02 am
I think the Bachan family has the right to choose whom they wish to invite and people should close out this matter. If one is religiously
oriented, I feel it’s a good thing irresepective of which religion one follows; provided their belief in their spiritual path is genuine and does not cause any harm to other people, be it emotional or violent. I think the Bachan family probably decided that, instead of inviting a lot of people, why not donate the extra money spared could be given to some good cause.
I think both Mrs.Jaya Bachan and Mr. Amitabh Bachan don’t believe in wasting money.
And as for the Khan actors, though I watch Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khans Films, they should not have ganged (like a pack of dogs) up againts Ash, (basically it’s one way of bullying). The other thing is, it’s really a shame and downright repulsive to abuse a woman.
June 17th, 2007 at 2:04 am
Finally Good Luck to the happy couples Ash and Abhishek.
May god bless them and bring happiness to their lives
June 17th, 2007 at 2:25 am
Finally, I think that one of their reason to exclude a huge crowd of people from the film industry could possibly be for security reasons; i.e to eliminate any security risk to any political or public figures who were actually present at the wedding.
Apologies for the gramatical error in item 48. It was meant to read ‘why not donate the extra money spared from the wedding to some good cause’
July 10th, 2007 at 9:30 pm
Whoever agrees that muslims were not invited go take a long walk and have another think. It’s people like yourselves that cause all the controversies that we are constantly trying to show the western world don’t exisit. But that indian mentality of who said what and to whom will never leave our sad uneducated brains and we will forever be talking about the next person only because we are ashamed to talk about ourselves. I agree with all of you who have said to ‘grow up’. Seriously, grow up! It’s nobody’s business who one invites to one’s wedding - i. Get a life yaar.
August 11th, 2007 at 2:01 am
i think that Mr and Mrs Bachan had no intention on not inviting any khans
Mrs Bachan Rules!
August 23rd, 2007 at 5:18 pm
It may be just a coincidence. Nothing else! It is better to discuss
something useful. Even AB not invited any muslim who cares. Don’t
waste your time on this issue. Already Print & Electronic Media has
spent a valueble time of this marriage.
September 5th, 2007 at 11:30 pm
If a Muslim thinks about his religion as the supreme religion and looks down on other religion it OK… When a Hindu tries to take pride in his religion, he is communal. If a Hindu marriage party has 99.99% Hindus… it is because they look down upon Muslims and if a Muslim marriage has 99.99% muslims, it is because it was a close fiends and family only.
I am a Hindu and I am getting sick of this “If you are Hindu and want to assert your Hindu identity - You are communal”
Mr. Bachchan did what he thought proper… If he, as a Hindu, did not want to pollute his Son’s marriage by inviting Muslims then so be it…
September 7th, 2007 at 3:33 pm
Profession and private life must always be separate.
This has nothing to do with religeon. this is preference
How many Hindu actors, actress made it in pakistan?
How many muslims prayed for the Hindus sacrifice by islamic terror¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿.
What about minorities in islamic countries?
September 10th, 2007 at 1:00 am
So what’s wrong even if Bacchan’s had a preference for inviting Hindus only? They are Hindus and it’s their personal matter who they want to be present on the auspicious day of the wedding of their son.
Bacchans or anyone is not obliged to invite anyone they don’t want to. Marriage is a very pious and auspicious occasion and if Bachanns have their preference so what? It is their right.
Do Muslims allow non-Muslims at Mecca?
September 12th, 2007 at 6:17 pm
Yes i do agree with this is private life and not daily job.
I also agree with caracas how many bhudist, christian, hindu, jewish actors/actress made it in pakistan or bangladesh?
October 15th, 2007 at 6:51 pm
I love the bachan family. But this is too low of them. They have worked with this people all of their life and now they are not invited on their wedding. A marriage is about celebration with friends and family. I think that its just a excuse and they really didnt want shahrukh and salman and hritik and them at their wedding. I think aishwarya didnt have much to say, because i think if it was up to here, she would invite them. It doesnt even matter cuz Shahrukh and them are muchhh bigger en better then the bachan family. I respect them all, but they have put themselves low with this action. They think that they are godd ore something.
LOVE SHAHRUKHHHH,SALMANNNN,HRITIK!!!
October 15th, 2007 at 6:56 pm
It isnt our busniss, i agreeee! butt i think that the reason they didnt salman khan, shahrukh khan and hritik roshan was because:
Salman khan is the EX of aishwarya!
Shahrukh khan is gettingg more famous en better then the bachans!
Hritik kissed Aishwarya!
I think that that is the reason and i truellyyy believe itt!
It isnt my busniss, but this site, is to put your opinion and this is mine!
Love shahrukh and Salman, Hritik!
and a tip for abhishek! –>>> why marry someone who has already kissed whole india and had like billion boyfriends! You deserve better abhishek, sad that you dont see that. Rani of Preity would have been a better chose
XxX Muaaahhh bye yalll
October 20th, 2007 at 7:03 am
I agree totally with the Bachans to have their only son’s wedding a private and a very Hindu wedding!
Bravo to their decision to keep it exclusive Hindu…whatever the reason…it is a democratic country and that is their right.Although some
have made it clear they did invite a few intimate non Hindu friends. Acting is one thing but Real life is a very personnal matter. Ash is one of the MOST beautiful woman beautiful Woman in the world internally and externally….no matter who she was involved with…she is still a “catch” to the WORLD not just in India but world over THE WORLD!Hey a TULIP was named after this “princess”…she could have had a past…as long as she cleared it up at the Mandhir/ Pandits….and with her Inlaws and her husband…that’s all that counts…not a bunch of loosers who wished she had married a muslim and converted….she & her family were absolutely smart in choosingAbhi for her husband….they make a fabulous couple! Best Wishes to this awesome couple! Hirtik is still looking to kiss someone else after his wife???
December 18th, 2007 at 8:14 pm
I am happy that if this story is true, most likely it isnt, then good for the Bachchans to invite only Hindus, how many muslims reading this have been to a wedding where there were no Hindus at all…well there u go then so why is it so important for us to invite YOU??!! we dont have to if we dont want. JAI HIND!
January 26th, 2008 at 2:20 am
i wouldnt be surprised if bachchans didnt invite muslims..look at what they were doing prior to
the wedding…these people went to so many religious place etc…but i kinda find this funny if they really believe
that by not inviting muslims to the wedding would bring good luck for this marriage…cus aishwarya rai had sex
with salman khan and he is a muslim…i heard salman khan fucked her a lot:)

Judging by the comments it seems Hindus have won over the silly people that even made ash-abhi wedding an issue.india is a democracy and they exercised their right to keep jelous muslims away.every terrorist is a muslim.

These people are so low class even with all the money in the world - please someone teach them a bit of class or style?? Has anyone ever noticed the outrageous outfits Amitabh Bachchan wears in public?? Even a mugger in NYC has more class than this stupid family.. that woman is short and fat with no personality.. none of them know how to talk… and trust me in hollywood or the westend - these people would not LAST even a second…lol.
Here’s something to think about - was a SINGLE hollywood actor / actress present at this wedding?? I’m sure they invited lots.. but the invitation cards went straight to the garbage bin.. who cares about Amitabh Bachchan outside India - NO ONE. Do they have any friends who are american or european politicians??? No they are friends with dirty indian politicians… who are just as low class as the Bachchans are…
And if they really did not invite a muslim because of superstitious reasons… ughh.. (btw I’m a hindu)… then i hope all the superstitions catch up with this moronic low life low class UGLY family.. amd screw them… btw.. Aishwarya is the ONLY decent looking person in that family and very soon she will also go fat and ugly like the rest of them.. Abhishek already has a paunch…lol.. and Jaya Bachchan still looks pregnant.. gawd with all that money get some liposuction woman… and at least get a decent stylist.. same for her husband who loves his ORANGE color suits and Prada glasses (so flashy).. typical Nouveau Riche Indians…

Your spreading bullshit. Actors dont care about their religions idiots. Usually poor people are religous , while rich people onyl get religous when they lose their money. LOL

Stop judging others and speading rumors - if you haven’t talked to the bachchan’s direclty you don’t know what is true and not true its people like you that create backward thinking and limit the progress of freedom of religion. Retarded use your energy on better discussions that are productive and progressive

they just did not invite all the people amitabh, jaya, ash and abhishek have slept with to obviously keep out the awkwardness, its that simple!

guys,
i don’t think its our business to talk about uninvited muslims on Abhi Ash Wedding.
they played their cards well and settled before their popularity graph could further
decline. they are however a fading name in the industry. speaking on this subject,
we share nothing except giving more publicity to that event. why should we be bothered
about something which is certain to fall.
We can use our time effectively in addressing poverty, unemployment and illiteracy.
