Saif Ali Khan had a mild heart attack on 18th February. He was rehearsing for a performance in an awards function, when he suddenly felt acute pain in his chest. He was taken to Leelavati hospital where he diagnosed with a minor blockage in his heart.

Saif Ali Khan was visited by many of his co-stars including Aishwarya Rai, Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, John Arbraham and many others. There is no news of his Italian girlfriend Rosa paying him a visit. His mother Sharmila Tagore and sister Soha Ali Khan were there with him in the hospital. According to doctors there was a small blood cloth in Saif Ali Khan’s heart veasels which is already dissolved by medicines and the actor is fine now.

After being discharged from the hospital Saif Ali Khan has declared that his top priority now is to quit smoking. Doctors has advised him that he must quit smoking as soon as possible or this may cause some serious damage to his health.

Saif Ali Khan and his sister Soha Ali Khan will be the guests on Koffee With Karan. Its a must watch for all Saif Ali Khan fans, as it is reported that Saif has talked quite openly about his ex-marital life, children, and his girlfriend Rosa. Excerpts from the interview can be read here.
