In East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, Teachers approached the Deputy Comissioner to take action against ABVP activists and news organizations that flashed the news.
The news is that a school girl was filmed naked inside the school and the clippings were circulated via MMS messages all over the city. However, no newspaper or activists alledged school administration’s involvement in the scandal but school has lost the reputation.
I think someone should take an action in such MMS cases. In most cases these are college or school girls shown nude or topless. Sometimes the victim is totally unaware of the camera presence and sometimes they happily put a show on for the camera. But considering the closed Indian society I dont think that any local girl could even think about getting involved in a sex scandal. Most probably they are filmed by people they trusted and people who may have promised not to share this video with anyone.
Privacy invasion, causing physical and emotional harm, destroying life of somebody aren’t these enough charges to put someone behind the bars? But the problem is that the victims of these MMS clips prefer not to mention the names of people who made these videos fearing further embrassment and public harrassment.

the girl who let the man shoot her or make clip of her should be punished first.
If she didnt allow noting would have happened.
She should be sevirly punished and
this must be alesson to other girls(who let themselves be shot)

There is nothing wrong in this,
They have full right to do, whatever they feel good,
The question remains of showing to others; the people should decide whether they like to see it or not.
People can not decide what one should do or not.

A simple thing…is that,
Jo kaam chhupa kar kiya jata hai…its absolutely wrong.!!!!
He or she must suffer as a resulting..
Although the girl make mistake so she is suffering, her parent should too b,coz they have not teach properly to his/her suffix to make justification against right & wrong..

We have to kick on ass of ABVP and who are the responsible for such MMS tell them to take MMS for there mother and sisters or any one women girl in there homes and enjoy for such MMS.
Sunaina What u want to see what do uhave she do have same go in front of mirror open ur cloths be naked and seee ur self and its not enough take a mobile take out ur cloths and take a movie on mobile see it so please stop such things

Yaar Kya Batau na Gandu ki kami hai Na kaminio ki, aare jo karna hai chup kar karo kyo scandle banate ho. saab jaante hai everyone is nanga under formal so what’s the big fuss, relax buddy enjoy yourself boss jo ho gaya yuse goli maro. Should not reapet it any more jo ho gaya yuse waapas nahi laya jaa sakta. There is nothing wrong with the girl she beleived the guy who has cheated her believe the guy has to be punished first. The girl had her punishment she can’t stay in the town where is she now, but he guy he should not be speared so he the ” Maaha Gandu ” can reapet the same thing with someone else stinking pig Maaro saale ko .

I think you are all sick!!! the human body is a beautiful thing.. we all have the right to show it, or not to show it…. Only the sexually repressed would think such an event should be punished….. who are you to decide that you have the right to punish anyone who is proud of her body enough to show it…… You all probably want to look at it first, and then punish these people. Sadistic repressed people!
If you ever come to a civilised country you will be able to look at many naked ladies, in theatres, strip shows. nature parks, nudist beaches, in books, on film, videos, etc NO PROBLEM!
Tolerance is a great attribute of a civiised person……try it!

Well, anything that is captured without the knowledge of people being filmed is illegal as well as immoral. By the way, Why everyone is requesting for the clip to be able to watch? Isn’t there any page where files should be indexed? Let me know how your blog actually works if one wishes to download the mentioned file.
