A Black black night. Black the critically acclaimed movie by Sanjay Leela Bhansali sweeps nine awards at the 51st Filmfare awards, including the Best Film. I don’t like filmfare for various reasons. Most importantly the powerplay involved behind the awards. Now why would they honor a POWERPLAY award to Yash and Aditya Chopras? I agree that they have made great movies and has already won Filmfare many times before but why they must be awarded even when they don’t have a movie competing for the awards?
