The real story in the article is about some photographs published in a gossip tabloid ‘Mid-day’ showing Shahid and Karina kissing each other. The contents of the article and the title are quite irrelevant. Even is she is not virgin, what it has to do with the Indian film industry, the newspapers or the fans?

Shahid Kapur’s ‘Vaah! life ho tu aisi’ is a typical Masala movie. The story of this movie is very unoriginal. It has Yamraj (Sanjay Dutt), the Indian God of death, helping Aditya (Shahid Kapur) to get back to the earth and help his family. Also starring Arshad Warsi in a comical role of a Guru who can communicate with the dead people.

Shahid Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi did really well but honestly the story and plotline of this movie is so ordinary that viewers would feel like they have seen this movie many times before. The only good thing about the movie was Sanjay Dutt who looked quite good as a modern day Yamraaj. Also starring Amrita Rao, there is not much to say about Amrita Rao other than that she has worked in many good projects and still unable to get any credit. If you are looking for just something to laugh at, go ahead watch this movie but don’t expect anything as funny as Munna Bhai MBBS. You can read a detailed review here.

It is now confirmed that three Indian movies have made their way to the nomination list of prestigious Golden Globe Awards as foreign movies. Paheli, Black and Veer Zaara have already earned critical acclaim by desi cinema pundits. Most interesting aspect of these nominations is that Amitabh Bachchan in all these movies.

Paheli is a Rajisthani folk tale which was first converted into a novel by Vijaydan Dhatta. In 1973, filmmaker Mani Kaul made a film ‘Duvidha’ based on Detha’s literary work. And after more than three decades, Amol Palekar has attempted to revive Detha literary gem on the silver screen in Paheli. Making movies on literary works of fiction is not a common practise in bollywood. With the help of producer Shahrukh Khan, Amol Palekar made it possible.

Black is another touchy movie by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the director of ‘Hum dil de chuke sanam’ and ‘Devdas’. It is Michelle’s story, a girl who can not listen, hear or speak. She suffocates in her inner darker world until an eccentric teacher (Amitabh Bachchan) decides to make her a fine young lady. Bhansali has previously highlighted the lives of people with disabilities in ‘Khamoshi’ but after seeing both movies one can easily observe Bhansali’s transformation from an emerging director to a legend.

Veer Zaara is a romantic movie by the legendary movie maker Yash Chopra. It is a story of an Indian man Veer Pratab Singh (Shahrukh Khan) falling in love with a Pakistani girl Zaara Hayat Khan (Preity Zinta).

Thats really nice. A few years ago there was a controversy with Ashok Row Kavi when the gay community wanted to Kill me. So being a gay icon is fabulous.

Personally, I don’t care whether he is gay or not but he is one of the sexiest men in bollywood. Specially the well built, tanned and sexy Saif Ali Khan in Salam Namaste looked amazingly cute. He is a good entertainer and a professional actor and every one, including gay men, are allowed to fantasize him. Thank God there are no copyright related restrictions on fantasies.
