Try opening the files in Real Player first. It is possible that Real Player checks for additional software needed to play this file but most probably it would simply play it. Make sure you are using the latest version.
How to download MMS clips from web?
You can download MMS clips from the web just the way you download any other file. Bollywood movie promoters often release promotional and masala MMS clips and you can find some of these clips on this site. They are free to download and watch.
